Brave Bear Books is home to Bruno the Brave Bear, a curious little bear with a big heart and an even bigger sense of adventure.
Bruno's stories are created to be exciting adventures children can enjoy, while gently exploring courage, kindness, friendship and the confidence to try something new.

Bruno is curious about the world around him.
He loves exploring, discovering new places and wondering what might be waiting just beyond the next path.
But being adventurous doesn't mean Bruno is never frightened. Sometimes he feels nervous. Sometimes he isn't sure what to do. And sometimes the next step feels like a very big one.
Through his adventures, Bruno discovers that courage isn't about never feeling afraid. It's about finding the confidence to keep going, even when something feels difficult.

Bruno's adventures wouldn't be quite the same without his little travelling companion.
Loz the Robin is loyal, adventurous, observant and occasionally a little mischievous.
He encourages Bruno when things feel uncertain, but he doesn't take the adventure away from him. Bruno still has to make his own choices and take his own brave steps.
There is also a very special reason why this little robin is called Loz.
